Unistrut Plain Back-to-Back Channel

The Unistrut Plain Back-to-Back Channel (P1001) is a heavy-duty structural framing section designed to provide enhanced rigidity, strength, and multi-face fixing capability for demanding mechanical, electrical, and construction support systems. It is commonly used where higher load capacity and improved stability are required compared to single channel configurations.

 
Manufactured as part of the Unistrut metal framing system, the back-to-back design consists of two channels joined together to form a deep structural section, making it ideal for complex support arrangements such as pipework trapezes, cable containment, duct supports, and general steel framing applications.

 
The plain finish option is supplied uncoated, making it suitable for internal environments or installations where the channel will be painted or otherwise protected on site.

 
Based on standard P1001 specification, the channel measures approximately 41mm x 82.5mm (1-5/8" x 3-1/4"), formed from 12 gauge steel, providing a robust and reliable solution for structural applications.
