Product Description

Our Square Washers are designed for heavy-duty applications where load spreading is critical. The increased surface area compared to standard washers helps protect base materials and improve joint integrity, particularly in channel support systems and structural steel assemblies. 

They are widely used in mechanical, electrical and construction environments, especially where fixings are subjected to vibration, load variation or long-term structural stress. Their rigid construction ensures consistent performance under tightening forces while maintaining alignment and stability.

 
Available in M6, M8, M10, M12 and M16 sizes, with finishes in BZP, HDG and 316/A4 Stainless Steel.

Applications

Ideal for use in strut channel systems, pipe supports, steel frameworks and general construction fixings where improved load distribution and durability are required.
