Reducing Elbows

Reducing Elbows are 90-degree pipe fittings used to change the direction of flow while simultaneously reducing pipe size within a single connection. Product Description

Reducing Elbows combine two functions in one fitting: a 90-degree directional change and a transition between different pipe sizes. This eliminates the need for separate elbow and reducing components, simplifying installation and reducing the overall footprint of the pipework system.

 
Manufactured from malleable cast iron, these fittings provide a strong and durable solution capable of withstanding mechanical stress, vibration and pressure variations. The material’s inherent toughness makes it well suited to demanding industrial and building services applications.

 
The BSPT female threaded ends are designed to create a secure, pressure-tight seal when installed with appropriate sealing compounds or PTFE tape. The tapered thread profile ensures reliable engagement across both sizes, maintaining system integrity under working conditions.
