R-KEM II is a universal bonded anchor system designed for reliable medium-load fixings into a wide range of base materials. Supplied in a 300ml cartridge, it provides a fast, efficient and versatile solution for installing threaded rods, rebar and internal fixings where mechanical anchors are unsuitable.

Product Description

R-KEM II Polyester Resin is a two-component styrene-free injection anchoring system designed to create high-strength, load-bearing fixings within concrete and masonry. Once injected into a drilled hole, the resin bonds with the base material and the inserted threaded rod or reinforcement, forming a secure and durable connection.

 
Engineered for versatility, it is suitable for use in non-cracked concrete, solid brick, blockwork, hollow masonry (with mesh sleeves) and natural stone. This makes it a highly adaptable solution for a wide range of structural and building services applications where traditional expansion anchors are not appropriate.

 
The resin is dispensed using a standard cartridge gun and mixed automatically through a static mixer nozzle, ensuring consistent performance and ease of application. Once installed, it provides excellent resistance to vibration, chemical exposure and thermal stress, making it suitable for long-term structural use.

 
R-KEM II is widely used in construction, M&E installations and structural fixing applications including steelwork connections, handrails, brackets, canopies, pipe supports and rebar anchoring. Its ability to achieve high load values in both solid and hollow substrates makes it a reliable choice for demanding site conditions.
