Lindapter TC Toggles

Lindapter Toggles provide a fast and secure method of creating load-bearing fixing points without the need for drilling, welding, or hot works. Designed for use on trapezoidal steel sheeting, purlins and hollow core slabs, they are widely used for suspending building services such as pipework, cable trays, ducting and sprinkler systems.

Product Description

Lindapter Toggles are engineered to provide a practical and efficient method of suspending services from structural steelwork and profiled sheet materials. The system works by inserting a toggle assembly through a pre-formed hole in the steel profile, where it then rotates and locks into position against the internal surface of the structure.

 
Once engaged, the toggle creates a secure anchoring point for threaded rod systems, allowing precise vertical adjustment of suspended services. The threaded rod can be fine-tuned in height and is mechanically secured to prevent accidental loosening or full removal during service life.

 
Manufactured from electro-galvanised steel with an elastomer sealing washer, the system provides basic corrosion resistance and environmental protection, helping to maintain performance in typical internal and semi-exposed environments. The sealing washer also assists in closing the installation aperture, improving resistance to moisture ingress.

 
Lindapter Toggles are commonly used in sprinkler systems, mechanical pipework, electrical containment and ventilation installations where speed of installation and avoidance of hot works are key requirements.
