CSK Pozi Woodscrews are general-purpose timber fasteners designed for a wide range of woodworking, construction and installation applications. Featuring a countersunk head and Pozi drive recess, they provide a flush finish and improved drive control, reducing cam-out during installation.

 
Manufactured in a yellow zinc (BZP-style) corrosion-resistant coating, they are suitable for internal use and light external environments when protected from prolonged exposure.

Product Description

CSK Pozi Woodscrews are designed for efficient and secure fastening into timber-based materials. The countersunk head allows the screw to sit flush with or slightly below the surface, making them ideal for joinery, framing and general construction work where a clean finish is required.

The Pozi drive recess provides improved bit engagement compared to traditional Phillips drives, allowing better torque transfer and reducing the risk of cam-out during installation. This makes them well-suited for use with both standard and impact drivers when correct bit sizing is used.

 
Their deep single-thread profile is engineered to provide strong grip and high pull-out resistance in timber and engineered boards such as MDF and chipboard. A sharp self-starting point reduces the need for pre-drilling in most softwood applications, improving installation speed on site.

 
The yellow zinc (BZP-style) coating provides a degree of corrosion resistance suitable for internal applications and light exposure environments. A wax lubrication coating further enhances driving performance, reducing friction and improving overall installation efficiency.
