Channel Top Hats

Channel Top Hats are heavy-duty galvanised brackets designed for connecting and supporting strut channel systems within mechanical, electrical, and construction installations. Their formed "top hat" profile allows channels to be securely mounted, spaced, or joined while maintaining strength and rigidity within the support framework.

 
Manufactured from 5mm thick mild steel and finished in Hot Dip Galvanised (HDG) coating, these brackets provide excellent durability and corrosion resistance, making them suitable for both internal and external installations. They are commonly used in trapeze systems, framework construction, plantroom installations, and channel support assemblies.

 
The brackets are supplied with pre-drilled 14mm fixing holes for compatibility with standard channel bolts, fixings, and threaded rod systems.
