41mm Baseplates

The baseplate is used as a mounting interface between strut channel and structural surfaces, allowing installers to securely fix vertical or horizontal channel sections in place. Once fixed, the channel can support pipework, cable trays, ducting, and mechanical services.

 
Manufactured from durable steel and finished with hot dip galvanising, the baseplate offers long-term resistance to corrosion, making it suitable for exposed or industrial environments. HDG coatings are widely used in support systems due to their ability to withstand harsh conditions and extend product lifespan.

 
The plate typically features multiple fixing holes, enabling secure anchoring using appropriate bolts or anchors, while maintaining compatibility with standard 41mm channel profiles.
